Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At ZDC Suvidha Kendra, we strive to provide the best services to our retailers and distributors. However, due to the nature of digital transactions (Recharges, Bill Payments, Money Transfers), most transactions are real-time and irreversible.

2. Failed Transactions

In case of a transaction failure where the amount is deducted from your wallet but the service is not delivered, the amount is automatically refunded to your ZDC wallet within 24-48 working hours.

3. Wrong Transactions

We are not responsible for any wrong transactions made by the user, such as entering an incorrect mobile number, account number, or beneficiary details. No refund will be provided in such cases once the transaction is successful at the operator's end.

4. Chargebacks

Any chargeback requests raised without prior communication with our support team may lead to the suspension of the user account.
